John Kristick is a sports marketing executive with nearly two decades of international experience. Since 2011, John has served as Global CEO of GroupM Entertainment & Sports Partnerships (ESP), GroupM’s entertainment and sports consultancy unit that provides strategy and activation services to clients worldwide.
John also serves as the Chairman of IEG’s board of advisors. IEG is a GroupM company that works closely with ESP. IEG provides thought leadership in the sponsorship industry and offers clients detailed insights into selection criteria, measurement and valuation for sponsorship.
John has extensive experience working around major international events, including the FIFA World Cup and the Olympics. For 15 years, he resided in Europe as an executive for one of the leading sports marketing firms. He also served as Managing Director for the United States’ bid to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
