GroupM Interaction

GroupM Interaction is responsible for developing tools and processes central to our digital operations which enable our agencies to function more effectively.

A consistent approach to operations, data processes and tools allow our agencies to function more efficiently.

In addition, the intention of GroupM Interaction is to leverage the assets of GroupM to empower each of the Interactive agencies in the group by harmonizing GroupM resources to make us smarter and more competitive.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Development and implementation of standard business terms with digital publishers
  • Integrate data services and policy
  • Implement Privacy Policy and behavioral advertising self regulation across GroupM
  • Develop digital training and integration tools and initiatives across the group
  • Support GroupM Trading with centralized operations and tools.
  • Leverage GroupM and WPP partnerships for the mutual benefit of all the participating companies.
