So what’s a brand safety guy doing at a consumer electronics show?
“To understand brand safety, I need to understand where media is going, particularly new data innovations,” he said. “The data we collect and what we do with it has huge implications on consumer privacy. I was thinking about Alexa and how it can be subpoenaed by the government.”
Montgomery spoke with AdExchanger in Las Vegas, shortly after rolling out GroupM's tough viewability standards globally.
