GroupM seeks to maximize the performance of WPP's media communications agencies by:
- Consolidating volume and being the single voice to the vendor community
- Working closely with the Agencies to maximize vendor portfolio management opportunities which result in better pricing for the same audience
- Investing in new technologies which result in a greater level of performance
- Working with the media vendors to offer unique opportunities to clients
- Consolidating services where it results in both efficiencies as well greater levels of expertise (especially in new media areas) but in a way which can still be integrated into the client teams
