Facility Spotlight – GroupM

When you hear people talking about the revitalization of lower Manhattan’s financial district nothing brings to life that movement better than a trip to GroupM’s brand new North American facility headquarters located at 3 World Trade Center, 175 Greenwich St.

GroupM was the recent winner of the project category Design and Construction of a New Facility (over 50,000 square feet) at the 2018 IFMA NYC Awards for Excellence. After having a tour of the space in person, it is easy to see why they were presented the award. The facility covers a staggering 13 floors spanning over 700,00 square feet, is LEED-Gold certified and serves 4,000 employees. GroupM truly brought together the industry’s top players to make their vision of this office a reality.
