Istanbul, July 20, 2015 – GroupM, the world’s leading global media investment management operation, today announced the addition of directComm Marketing Group, an integrated direct marketing company with specialties in digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), events and social media, to its portfolio of agencies in Turkey following the acquisition of a majority stake in the company. Founded in 2000 and based in Istanbul, directComm Marketing Group employs approximately 70 people and currently serves clients including Eczacibasi Holding, Türk Telekom, Siemens and Sony Mobile.

In Turkey itself, WPP companies (including associates) generate revenues of around $120 million (U.S.) and employ approximately 1,300 people.
