GroupM makes a big move on the Dutch online advertising market

GroupM acquires Eindhoven’s Greenhouse Group to deepen data driven online marketing

Greenhouse Group, consisting of Blue Mango Interactive, Fresh Fruit Digital, SourceRepublic and We Are Blossom, will become part of WPP’s worldwide network. GroupM is acquiring the Greenhouse Group companies for their expertise in the field of performance-driven online marketing. Clients from both Greenhouse Group and GroupM will benefit from the resulting consolidated breadth of expertise in digital advertising, data, technology and innovation.
 
Over the past eight years, Greenhouse Group grew to become a company with of over 10,1 million Euros in revenue. Together with more than 150 full-time employees, the group will remain in Eindhoven, close to the technical and econometric knowledge of the Eindhoven University of Technology and the University of Tilburg. They will continue to serve their existing clients and now also deliver expertise to the clients of GroupM’s agencies (Mindshare, MEC, MediaCom and Maxus). Greenhouse Group becomes part of GroupM Connect (formerly GroupM Interaction), Group’s consolidated worldwide digital agency platform.
