Sam’s Club to Acquire Proprietary Technology and Teams Developed by Triad
ST. PETERSBURG, FL, December 11, 2019 – Triad, a digital advertising sales consultancy, announced Sam’s Club will acquire key talent and technology platforms that were owned by Triad and have been supporting the Sam’s Club digital advertising business. Deal terms were not disclosed.
