Through the lens of the consumer, the Advantage: Consumer Eye series will delve deeper into the issues, debates, and predictions of GroupM Services APAC’s ADVANTAGE video series, which invites industry experts to share their perspectives on media, data, and technology. With 11.11 upon us, this edition will focus on the threats and opportunities of mega sales days amidst their increasing frequency and the overall rise of e-Commerce. In our ADVANTAGE videos, we invited industry experts to discuss these topics, but in this article, we will focus on the consumer perspective looking at how consumer voices can guide us to a balance between shopper, brand, and platform needs to “Make Advertising Work Better for People”.
