GroupM Partners with Synagie to Offer E-Commerce Store Management and Fulfillment Services

Singapore, 15 June 2020 – GroupM, the media investment group of WPP, has significantly increased its capabilities in delivering end-to-end e-Commerce services with the formation of a commercial partnership with Synagie Corporation.
GroupM and its agencies (Essence, MediaCom, Mindshare, m/SIX and Wavemaker) can now offer e-Commerce platform store management and fulfillment services (warehousing and logistics) to its large client base across the region. This will simplify the process of establishing on online presence, enabling brands to sell across multiple online platforms across Southeast Asia.
Synagie was established in 2014 and has a strong track record of helping multinational brands navigate the e-Commerce landscape in the region. Powered by technology such as real-time big data analytics and artificial intelligence, Synagie’s cloud platform acts as an integrated “back office” for clients to manage or automate their commerce process. This is done by handling the entire value chain from multi-channel content, order and inventory management to warehousing and last mile delivery.
The Synagie partnership will be managed by GroupM Commerce, a dedicated team that consolidates the e-Commerce expertise across the group.
