Josh is also President of the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) – and outlined his ‘People First’ agenda for our industry, with three key pillars:

Empower: Educating people about what mental health really means.
Support: Creating environments which supports people no matter where they sit within a company.
Prevent: Safeguarding against toxic workplace cultures and monitoring employee wellbeing.

The focus on mental health isn’t just about compassion. It’s a business necessity.
