LLOYDS BANKING GROUP AND GROUPM ANNOUNCE NEW DIRECTOR OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

London, 11 April 2018 - Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) and GroupM today announced that Richard Warren, Managing Director at Greenhouse GroupM will be leaving the company to join LBG as Director of Marketing Communications. The appointment is effective from June this year and Warren will report to Catherine Kehoe, Managing Director, Group Brands and Marketing at LBG.

He will lead our media and creative strategy ensuring we continue to build strong brands in the market and put our customers at the heart of everything we do.”

In 2017, Richard joined Greenhouse GroupM, a division of GroupM UK since 2015 which has been the dedicated in-house media team for Lloyds Banking Group. He previously held the position of UK Chief Executive for MullenLowe Group, formed in 2015 following the merger of DLKW and Lowe in 2010. With nearly 30 years working in the industry, Warren began his career at Publicis as an account manager and then moved to Kirshenbaum & Bond in New York.
